SMM News on December 29: According to official information obtained by SMM, Jingyuan Gotion High-tech Environmental Protection New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is publicly tendering the sale of 200 mt of national standard bismuth ingots (Bi ≥99.99%). This sale accepts cargo pick-up in batches, and qualified entities are required to participate in the tender. This batch of bismuth ingots complies with the national standard GB/T 915-2010, with a bismuth content (Bi) ≥ 99.99%. The form and packaging are standard bismuth ingots, with clean surfaces, free of slag and contamination, packaged in standard wooden cases. The goods are located at the Jingyuan Gotion warehouse. The bid bond is 500,000 yuan. The bid submission deadline and bid opening time are 17:00 (Beijing Time) on December 31, 2025. Bid documents must be delivered before this time. Market sources indicate that the starting price for these indium ingots exceeds 4,000 yuan per kilogram, while the starting price for bismuth ingots is above 150,000 yuan per ton. The bidding results are expected to be announced before the Spring Festival. Market participants note that, given the clear trend of sluggish trading activity ahead of the Spring Festival, the timing of this bidding is not ideal.
